Hello all....

Sorry to be such a snore on the blog-front.

It's been a while since I posted anything, mainly because I'm ashamed that I haven't finished that baby dress yet, that I thought I'd do over Memorial Day weekend. What's even more sad is that I really only have a couple of things to do and it's finished. So easy. But my energy has been....well, non-existent. Or, I guess, it has come in spurts -- and when it does come, I usually have something more important to apply my energy to (like washing dishes, or doing laundry) and extra-curricular activities seem to fall by the wayside. Ah, well.

Anyhow, I wanted to write something and let everyone know I'm still alive and kicking. So is the baby. ;) I've got only a mild kicker of a kid in there, so I'm thankful I'm not being beat up from the inside. Although I've not posted much of anything, I've been reading up on other blogs so I can keep up with everyone and your various pursuits. Extra, extra pleased at the recent announcements of new babies that are going to be born in our blog-land! Feels like we're all neighbors. :) Too bad we're not all neighbors. Wouldn't that be fun???

Well...wish I had more to say, but since I don't, I'll get back to work.
Hope everyone is well and happy this warm summer day!

- Amy

I here you on the blogging slump... I've been in a blogging and sewing slump lately. Just not a whole lot to post about. Glad to hear you're doing well. God Bless!

P.S. Sarah Jane and I think all of us bloggers should by a huge plot of land and start our own little country :-D

Amy, I can completely sympathize with the tiredness. ;-) I've been setting myself little goals like "finish 2 buttonholes and then you may pass out on the couch for an hour." That type of thing. It's pathetic, I know, but seems to work. :-)

Blessings to you!
Being pregnant is hard work.
Young wives and mommas sometimes get surprised at how much time and energy go into blessing a home and family.
It certainly took me by surprise.

I want to cheer you young gals on and tell you that what you're doing is far more valuable than words can describe, but have to try!

What a beautiful and powerful ministry we have as women,
~D~

Good to hear from you, Amy. ;) Being pregnant takes a LOT of energy! I remember well.

I too agree that it would so fun to all be neighbors!

Have a blessed weekend. :)
